How long does it take to get my custom Computer?
Because we can't keep parts in stock currently, we have them shipped in, which can take up to 10 days. If you need your computer fast, you can ask us to only use parts with Amazon Prime shipping, but that may limit part selection and could cost more for you in the end. Then we give ourselves 3 days to build the computer (we have to schedule around all our orders plus our own personal lives) and then on the third day we will ship it out to you.
How can I check the status of my order?
Awesome question! if you want to create a ticket on our Discord channel, and provide your order number, we will send you updates periodically on what's going on. Alternatively, you can reach out to us through any of our support resources and we can give you a quick update on where everything is, in case you don't have Discord. But seriously, you should get Discord.
How can I reach a representative?
You can reach us by Discord, Messenger, Text, Voicemail or even phone call if you catch us in a good moment. If you don't have any of those, a slower option, you can reach out to us via email at if need be.
Help! I lost my tracking number!
Don't worry! make sure to check your emails for the order confirmation email you should have gotten. If you accidently deleted the email, its ok! Contact us through any of our support channels, or email us at and tell us what you ordered and provide your email address you used to order.
